CLPL Storywalk in Downtown Crystal Lake!

Looking for a fun new way to read a book? Visit the CLPL Storywalk in Downtown Crystal Lake from Oct. 1-31, and read the book “Aliens Love Underpants” by Claire Freedman and Ben Cort. There are 12 stops – participating downtown stores – where pages from the book are mounted on the stores’ windows. The walk starts at The Clothes Gallery, 51 N. Williams Street, and ends at Marvin’s Toy Store, 64-A N. Williams Street. At the last stop, participants can scan the QR code posted next to the last book page and enter for a chance to win a small plush alien and $20 gift certificate to Marvin’s Toy Store.
