September is Library Card Sign-Up Month!
Have you been thinking of getting a library card? Do you need to renew your expiring card? Now is the perfect time to do either!
September is Library Card Sign-Up Month, and Crystal Lake Public Library is offering great incentives to residents signing up for new cards.
The first 100 people to register for a library card in September will receive a free CLPL coffee mug! It’s a great mug – tall and sturdy – that you can use while you’re reading a good library book, or listening to an audiobook.
That’s not all. All new library cardholders and existing cardholders can enter into our drawing for four gift baskets (two baskets for new cardholders; two for existing cardholders).
Adult/Teen Gift Baskets Contain:
• Amazon Kindle e-reader (you can download eBooks from the CLPL eLibrary with your library card!)
• Drink tumbler
• Tote bag
• Bookmark, reading socks, coffee and chocolate
Children’s Baskets Contain:
• Toniebox audio player startup set
• Amazon gift card so the winners can choose their Tonie characters and stories
• Reading socks, treats and miscellaneous items
